The University of Minnesota's Center for Early Education and Development, in partnership with the Center for Advanced Studies in Child Welfare, seeks to create high-quality, useful, and relevant materials to improve the understanding of early childhood development for Minnesota's child welfare professionals. The intent of this website is to share accessible, evidence-based early childhood resources with child welfare professionals and those who provide pre-service teaching and professional development to child welfare professionals with the aim of improving practices when working with children ages birth to eight.
